Small robot. Big brain energy.
One Command Ahead is a single-player sci-fi puzzle adventure about building a plan and watching a very literal robot carry it out. Arrange command blocks, press Run, and see exactly where your brilliant idea goes sideways. Reset, revise, and enjoy the moment it all clicks.
Think first. Then hit Run.
Move, turn, jump, and thread your way through hazards. Your routine is the whole plan: the robot follows your instructions in order. A gap needs a jump. A corner needs a turn. Every mistake gives you something useful to change.
Make a better little program.
Start with a handful of commands, then build more expressive routines with loops and new command cards. Earn credits, visit the Command Depot, and return to earlier challenges with a smarter solution. Can you reach the goal with fewer blocks?
An academy with a few secrets.
Begin your training at Orbital Academy Seven, with helpful guidance, a deadpan AI proctor, and robots with plenty of personality. Beyond the training floor lies the Terrapin: a quiet ship full of unfamiliar rooms, new puzzles, and traces of a story waiting to be pieced together. Past the ship waits Frost Outpost, an ice moon where a running robot does not always stop where you planned.
Some terminals speak an older language. A cursor turns. A line appears. If the name Logo—or a certain turtle—feels familiar, you may already have a clue.
- Build and run command-block routines across 20 levels in three worlds: the Academy, the Terrapin, and Frost Outpost.
- Learn through short experiments, clear consequences, and another try.
- Cross gaps, duck laser lanes, slide over cracked plating, and plan routes around a limited battery.
- Sprint with RUN, and decide when a fast stride is worth the risk of sliding one square too far.
- Unlock command cards and robot equipment, and use repeat loops to make compact solutions.
- Program a Logo turtle at hidden terminals.
- Choose from four robot characters: Crash, Vega, Brick, and Pixel.
- Explore a playful sci-fi mystery, one command at a time.
